One King bed in the primary bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing the unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a stereo, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Only one dog is preferred as per owner. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in.  All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
