Why Should I Book a Long-term Rental at Seaspray Condominiums?

Seaspray Condominiums, located in the lovely community of Fort Walton Beach, provides oceanfront vacation living at its finest. Featuring 1, 2, and 3-bedroom condos, you can choose the amount of space you need for your long-term rental. Those townhouse-style homes offer parking directly in front of your condo, living & kitchen area on the first floor, and bedrooms on the second floor.

What are the In-Unit Amenities & Features?

In-unit amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and initial basic supplies (including paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and bar soap). During a long-term stay, an initial supply of linens is provided. If you would like fresh linens throughout your stay, you may wash your own in the on-site coin laundry or exchange them with housekeeping for a fee of $10.00 per exchange.

When Are Long-Term Stays in Fort Walton Beach Offered?

Seaspray Condominiums offers monthly rentals, perfect for snowbirds and remote workers seeking an extended stay in the off-season. Our monthly rentals are available from November 1st through March 15th each year, providing ample time for you to enjoy the beauty of Fort Walton Beach.

Are Pets Welcome During Monthly Stays?

Some units at Seaspray allow small dogs up to 30 lbs. The pet fee is $100 per month, and a maximum of two pets are allowed.

When is the Rent Due for a Monthly Rental?

Your first month’s rent is due 60 days before check-in. For guests staying more than one month, subsequent payments are due 30 days before the first of the month. In addition to the monthly rate, each reservation will be charged a cleaning fee and a booking fee.
